Returns and withdrawal from the sales contract

Under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, you may withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, except where a statutory exception applies.

To exercise this right, email info@mideer.lt within 14 days. Include your full name, order number, the name of the product being returned and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the sales contract. We will send return instructions after receiving your notice.

2. Return conditions

Send or hand the goods back to the seller no later than 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal. The buyer pays the direct cost of returning goods that are not faulty.

You may inspect and test the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Return it undamaged, complete with all supplied accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging. If the goods have been handled more than necessary for this inspection, the buyer is responsible for any resulting reduction in value.

3. Refunds

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard option, the additional cost will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back. Refunds use the same payment method used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The direct cost of returning goods that are not faulty is not reimbursed.

4. Faulty goods

If your product is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, contact info@mideer.lt. Include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where possible.

Faulty goods are covered by the consumer rights provided under Lithuanian law. The seller pays reasonable delivery costs associated with returning or replacing faulty goods.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply where the law provides an exception. For example, goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded if they were delivered in sealed or otherwise protected packaging and that protection was opened after delivery.

This may apply to certain soothers, teethers, bottles or other products that cannot safely be sold to another consumer after opening for hygiene reasons.
